Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with REESE Printing LLC. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Processing Time

All our products are custom-made to order using DTF and sublimation printing.

  • Standard processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Bulk or large orders: 10–15 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are processed Monday through Sunday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time & Methods

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using one of the following carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package size
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Any shipping promotions will be automatically applied at checkout when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • REESE Printing LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

REESE Printing LLC is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Custom Orders

All orders are custom-made. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Shipping timelines for custom orders may vary depending on order size and complexity.

International Shipping

Currently, REESE Printing LLC ships within the United States only.

Shipping Delays

REESE Printing LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Supply chain disruptions
