⏱️ Production & Turnaround Time
- Standard: 7–10 business days after artwork approval.
- Rush (when available): 3–5 business days — contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
- Production begins only after your proof is approved. Delays in approval will extend the timeline.
🎨 Artwork & File Requirements
- Preferred formats: PDF, AI, EPS, or PNG (with transparent background).
- Minimum resolution: 300 DPI at print size.
- Color mode: CMYK preferred; RGB accepted (colors may shift slightly in print).
- Include any specific Pantone or color codes if exact color-matching is required.

✅ Proof Approval
A digital proof will be emailed to you before production begins. You must approve the proof in writing (email reply) before we proceed. We do not accept returns or offer reprints for errors approved in the proof.
